Q: What forms of payment do you
accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards.
We also accept money orders mailed to the

We will even accept concealed cash,
although we do not recommend it as we cannot accept responsibility
for cash lost in the mail.

How does this "free shipping in the United States" deal work?

Q:
I've just placed an order. What happens next?
A: We'll send you an e-mail message
confirming that we've received your order and letting you know
when your package will ship. Please adjust your e-mail settings to
allow a message from
orders@circlecitymagic.com to reach your in-box.
Q:
When will you ship my order?
A: We ship all orders within 3-5
business days following receipt of payment. Your shipping date
will be included in your order confirmation e-mail message.
Q:
Do you have a return policy?
A: Customer satisfaction is our top
concern. If you receive an item that's defective, we'll gladly
replace it with another copy of the same item. However, if you're
just suffering from buyer remorse...well, once you've bought the
item, you've bought the secret. No returns will be accepted for
non-defective merchandise.
Q: Do you have a set discount rate?
A: We generally discount most items
10%-15%. Some items will be discounted even more. In most
cases, the higher the suggested retail price, the bigger our discount.
Q:
I'm looking for a specific item that I don't see on your website.
Does that mean it's not available?
A: Not necessarily! We're adding
new items to our website all the time, and sometimes we'll add an
item specifically because of a customer's request. If you're
looking for a particular item, just contact us at
info@circlecitymagic.com and we'll be happy to provide a
no-obligation price quote.
Q:
I'd feel better if I could talk to an actual person before blindly
placing an order on your website. Is there a way I can reach you?
A: Absolutely! You can call us
toll-free at 1-866-767-7616 and leave a message. Either Chris or
Heather will return your call as soon as possible.
Q:
I'm going to be in the Indianapolis area soon. Do you have a
brick-and-mortar store I can visit?
A: Unfortunately, no. We're
strictly online. But Indianapolis is a lovely place to visit,
regardless.
