Q: What are
Reward Points?
A: Reward Points are our way of thanking
our repeat customers for their business! We appreciate the
support and constructive comments our customers provide,
because, without their input, our business wouldn't continue
to grow. So this is just a small way we can give a little
back to them.
Q: How do
customers earn Reward Points? A:
Customers will earn 1 Reward Point for every dollar spent on
products from our website or items ordered directly from us
(special orders, etc.); additional money spent on Priority
Shipping upgrades and/or shipping insurance will not count
toward this total.
Q: What can
customers do with Reward Points? A:
Save 'em up and cash 'em in! 150 Reward Points = $5 to spend
on future orders. They can be redeemed in 150-point
increments and can be spent quickly or accumulated over
time--there's no expiration date, so stockpiling is
perfectly acceptable.
Q: How will
customers know their Reward Point totals?
A: We will include customers' Reward Point
totals in every order-confirmation email message we send
out. If a customer ever loses track and
wants to know how many Reward Points he or she has
accumulated, we'll be happy to email this information upon
request.
Q: What
happens when a customer wants to redeem Reward Points?
A: The customer should email us at
orders@circlecitymagic.com and list the item(s) he or
she would like to purchase, plus the number of Reward Points
to be cashed in. We will then send the customer an itemized
invoice through PayPal that reflects the requested discount.
